Meet Our Massage Therapists
At Twin Lakes Chiropractic Clinic, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic wellness care to our patients. Please take a moment to introduce yourself to any of our experienced and licensed therapists.
Dawn Catlow, LMT
Dawn Catlow has been with Twin Lakes Chiropractic since the beginning of 2011. She began her interest in bodywork in 1998 after experiencing the ill effects of a motor vehicle accident in 1996. Striving for a pain-free life, Dawn developed a deeper knowledge of caring for her body through alternative therapies.
Currently, she strives to encourage others to be more aware of their physical state to achieve life without daily pain.
Her focus is on treatment massage with emphasis in deep tissue. Graduating Seattle Massage School in 1999, she specializes in, but not limited to, whiplash and headache treatment, structural alignment, pregnancy massage, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. During her free time, she strives to live an active lifestyle by regularly working out, being a full-time parent, and spending time with family and friends. When the weather permits, she enjoys the outdoors with mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and running.
Mandy Foster, LMT
Mandy Foster attended Ashmead Seattle Massage School and graduated February 2001. She started working at Twin Lakes Chiropractic November 2001.
After learning how massage and chiropractic treatment work together, she was very happy to work with our doctors that value massage therapy and support our massage profession.
Treatment and medical massage have been her main focus here at Twin Lakes Chiropractic, as car accidents, work injuries and insurance make up most of our clients. Some of the treatments she uses are trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, relaxation, pregnancy massage and side lying.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family (husband and daughter). They go camping, ride mountain bikes and play softball.
Alex Blaze, LMT
Alex became a licensed massage therapist after 16 years of military service (Navy & Army). Noticing the benefits of massage in his personal life and how it helps in the treatment of injuries, he decided to pursue a career as a LMT. Alex’s focused modalities are, but are not limited to: Deep Tissue, Sports, Treatment and Thai massage. He is constantly learning new modalities and techniques to help patients in their journey towards recovery.
In his free time, Alex enjoys going to the gym, swimming, fishing, rock climbing, playing baseball, snorkeling, going to the beach and spending time with his family and dog, Frank. Alex is fluent in Spanish and basic Portuguese.
Jordan Renshaw, LMT
Jordan joined our clinic after spending a few years at another chiropractic clinic. She brings her exceptional touch to our patients and has taken extra certifications in hot bamboo massage, shoulder, and neck. When not massaging, Jordan is currently attending college and loves spending time with her dog and her family. In her free time, she spends hours long boarding and hiking all around the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Tarrah Bechler, LMT
Tarrah Bechler graduated massage school in 2015. She focuses mainly on deep tissue and treatment massage. Tarrah loves the sunshine and traveling to Mexico. In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes around the area.
Miranda Steiber, Chiropractic Assistant & Certified Fitness Trainer
Miranda Stieber has been with Twin Lakes Chiropractic since 2012, performing multiple roles for our office. Starting as a receptionist, she soon became interested in more of the medical side of the practice and became licensed to take X-rays at the beginning of 2014. She began her interest in personal training in 2016 after breaking her ankle and undergoing the continual journey to keep stretching and to preserve the ankle strength after surgery. Miranda then wanted to deepen her knowledge of caring for bodies through other therapies.
As of January 2017, Miranda graduated from American Council of Exercise to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Her focus with personal training is on structural balance and core strength to help the people with their day to day activities. Miranda is also attending Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics to become a licensed massage therapist and will graduate later in the 2017.
During her free time, Miranda strives to spend lots of time with friends and family. She is very interested in books and movies, and tries to keep current with new novel series. When the weather permits, Miranda also enjoys doing yoga, swimming, running, hiking, camping in the Olympic Mountains, traveling and competition in mud run obstacle courses.
